This page serves as an open-ended list of various ways to make money from home.
One thing that needs to mentioned immediately, is the designation that the money will be made from home. As someone who has experienced some degree of success generating an income from my apartment, as it were, I can definitely say that separating “work” from “home” is something to be considered. You can have your studio, your lab, or your office at your place of residence, but remember – just because you’re making money from home, doesn’t mean you have to be at work 24 hours a day.
OK, having cleared that up, let’s get to the list. I’ve decided to stick to brief overviews, instead of trying to write an encyclopedic article on each and every little inspiration you can use to generate some capital. Some of the ideas will also coincide with topics in THE electronic LIBRARY. In these cases I will include a similar description as the ones on the library page.
Where appropriate, I will point out some resources, or even a product that explains the concept in more detail. Be sure of one thing, though: if I point you towards a product, my first priority will not be to earn an affiliate commission, it will be because that product is, in my opinion, the source of better information than my own list.

CLASSIFIED ADS
Although many free classified ad sites dot the Internet landscape, two sites dominate: Craigslist and USFreeAds. The former is totally free (there are one or two exceptions), and the latter has a free option, but that has become an increasingly worthless option – for $10 per month you get plenty of value, though.
How to make money: by selling stuff, same as newspaper classified ads, but your reach is global. Many people still focus on a local target market, which is the more likely approach to generate profit. Although many people sell or trade in tangible items or services, some people also use classified ads as part of affiliate marketing campaigns. Others specialize in brokering deals between people selling stuff elsewhere and people looking for stuff on the classified ad site.
